I don't know much about Cronan except that he doesn't have great stats and all of his abilites are animal abilities.ģ. Mirage isn't great but she still has some cool abilities like dodging. Bruxa has extreme damage for a free hero and her skulls can shoot while she is moving. Alric has high armor damage and great abilities so he easily deserves the top spot. In Frontiers, the ranking of the free heroes go like this (obviously this is my opinion): (1) Alric, (2) Bruxa, (3) Mirage, (4) Cronan. He has a slightly higher attack damage than Gerald but worse armor and no damage reflect, making him weaker against strong enemies than Gerlad.Ģ.
This becuase while he does have some area abilities they are near useless as he doesn't spam them. Malik (the third hero) isn't half bad but worse than the other two heroes. I think this becuase she has a pet which can block ans she is ranged so she doesn't have a risk of dying as long as you keep an eye on her. The second best hero in the first game is Alleria (the second hero). All these aspects combined make him better than the other two heroes. He has high armor and he can deflect attacks not to mention his good damage. In the first game, I feel that the best hero is easily Gerald (the first guy). In frontiers, all my free heroes are level ten except for Cronan.
In originis all my free heroes are level ten except for Lilith.
If you're curious which free hero is the best in each game in my opinion, here is what I think (I have played all the games for a while except vengeance. Many times, after I bought a hero, I found that the free hero I was using before is much more interesting. I noticed that free heroes are just as good and fun as paid ones (sometimes) and the only reason paid heroes seem better is because you dont have them. What do you think is the best free hero in each Kingdom Rush game and why?
